About Me
I’m originally from Lanzarote — a small Spanish island you may not have heard of (which is exactly why it’s still considered a paradise). But, as Taylor Swift once said, “I didn’t choose this town, I dream of getting out.”
Growing up somewhere beautiful doesn’t always mean growing up with opportunities. So I moved to Madrid to study Journalism and Media, then made the most of my degree by taking part in two exchange programs — one in the U.S. and another in Germany.
After university, I began building my portfolio with experience at several news outlets. But something was missing: challenge. In 2022, I packed my bags again and moved to Australia in search of better quality of life — and, let’s be honest, sharks. Now based in Sydney, I’m ready to do what I love most: contribute to the world of journalism with fresh ideas, strong reporting, and stories that connect.
I talk too much (you’ve been warned), a CrossFit regular, and a loyal Harry Potter nerd. I love international news, politics, and video formats. And while I may be the clumsiest person you’ll ever meet, I never say no to an adventure.
